What gift services do you offer on your website?

We offer an online personalized engraving service for certain product categories, including classic candles, Les Mondes de Diptyque, some large model candles, Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette as well as Diptyque Essences.

This service can be carried out directly from the product page of the item you wish to purchase.

Before finalizing your order, you have the option to choose our “Signature Gift Box”, a complimentary service offered by the Maison allowing you to elegantly dress the chosen items. This option is located at the bottom of the summary page, just before payment.

The Signature Gift Box includes: 
– An iconic box housing all your products

– A fabric pouch in the Maison’s colours, for complementary sizes

– A card with your personalized message placed inside the box

No invoice is included: only a discreet delivery note, without the price, is slipped into the parcel.

A summary of your order is sent to you by email and remains accessible from your customer account.
