    Can I cancel or modify my online order?

    If your order was placed less than an hour ago, our Customer Service will do everything possible to adjust the delivery address.

    Unfortunately, changes are no longer possible beyond this time frame.

    We invite you to quickly contact our Customer Service. Our advisors are available Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm, and Saturday from 10am to 5pm (excluding public holidays). They will inform you if the change or cancellation is still possible, as well as the steps to follow.
