    How can I make a return online?

    To simplify your return, a prepaid label is usually included in your package. If it is missing or lost, you can generate one at any time via our dedicated portal.
    Simply enter your order number and the email address used during the purchase. Select the items to return, specify the reason, and follow the steps with ease.


    To ensure proper tracking of your package, we recommend keeping a shipping receipt provided by the carrier.


    The return conditions require that your items be: 

    '- within 28 days from the date of purchase
    - New and still sealed 
    - Kept in their original packaging
    - In perfect condition (neither used, handled, nor damaged) 
    - Not personalized
