    How to return an item using a different carrier?

    To simplify your process, we provide you with a prepaid return label. It is free of charge and guarantees secure and optimized tracking of your parcel.
    We recommend that you prioritize this option, designed for your comfort and peace of mind.
    However, if you prefer to arrange the return with a carrier of your choice, please note that:
    - Shipping costs will be at your expense and cannot be reimbursed
    - Diptyque cannot be held responsible in case of loss or theft of the parcel
    Here is how to proceed 
    - Remember to include the completed withdrawal form with your parcel
    - Share the following information to service@dyptiqueparis.com: your order number, the name of the carrier, and the parcel tracking number.
