    What should I do if the pump on my bottle is blocked?

    We recommend that you first:

    Check that the safety ring has been removed and that the pump is unlocked

    Prime it by pressing gently several times, without forcing

    If the pump remains blocked, we invite you to contact our Customer Relations Service who will be able to offer you a suitable solution.
