What should I do if my product changes in texture, smell, or colour?

As a precaution, it is best not to use your skincare product if you notice any unusual changes, such as in texture, smell, or colour.

In this case, please check:

- The PAO indicated on the container: the Period After Opening shown by an open jar followed by a number of months (e.g. 12M)

- The date of purchase

- Whether the storage conditions have been respected: protected from heat, humidity, and light, and the product properly closed

Please note regarding the Softening and comforting wash for the hands and the Nurturing cleansing gel: the color of the soap may vary due to the natural source of its ingredients. This may alter the appearance, but has no effect on either the product's quality or use.
