What should I do if my product changes in texture, smell, or colour?

As a precaution, it is best not to use your skincare product if you notice any unusual changes, such as in texture, smell, or colour.

In this case, please check:

- The PAO indicated on the container: the Period After Opening shown by an open jar followed by a number of months (e.g. 12M)

- The date of purchase

- Whether the storage conditions have been respected: protected from heat, humidity, and light, and the product properly closed

Please note regarding the Comforting Cleansing Solution: the colour of the soap may change due to the natural nature of its ingredients. This does not affect its quality or use, only its appearance.
