    How can I track my order?

    As soon as the shipment is made, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This link becomes active as soon as your package is taken over by the carrier.

    If you placed your order via your customer account

    You can also track its progress in the "My orders" section of your personal space.

    If you ordered as a guest

    The tracking link included in the shipping email will allow you to follow your package.

    Your order may go through several stages:

    • Prepared: your order is being processed in our warehouse
    • Shipped: your package has been handed over to the carrier
    • Delivered: delivery has been confirmed
