How can I modify or delete my account?
From your personal space, you can at any time:
- Update your personal information
- Change your password
- Manage your contact preferences (email, SMS, phone and/or mail)
Agreeing to receive our communications allows you to stay informed about your benefits and receive news that suits you.
For any request to delete your account and personal data, we invite you to contact our Customer Relations Service at customerserviceeurope@diptyqueparis.com, Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding public holidays). Your request will be processed within 72 hours.
