Can I exchange a gift?

If the gift was purchased in-store
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange it for an item of equal or greater value, upon presentation of the receipt or gift receipt.
For the exchange to be accepted, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, not personalized, and in perfect condition.
We invite you to contact the nearest store (excluding department stores) to arrange this exchange. Our teams will be happy to assist you.

If the gift was purchased onlineOnly the person who made the purchase can initiate a return, and the refund will be made to the card used for payment.
