    What to do if the pump on my bottle is blocked?

    We first recommend that you: 

    Check that the safety ring is properly removed and that the pump is unlocked

    Prime it by pressing several times gently, without forcing

    If the pump remains blocked, we invite you to contact our Customer Service who will be able to offer you an appropriate solution.
