    What are the delivery times, methods, and fees?

    To offer you the best possible experience, several delivery options are available to you.

    In France

    In mainland France, Corsica, and Monaco, several delivery methods are available to you:

    • Standard delivery: handled by Colissimo, your order is delivered within approximately 3 business days after shipping. Delivery fees of €5.90 are waived for orders over €60.
    • Express delivery: via Chronopost, for receipt within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). The fee is €14.
    • Delivery within 2 hours: currently unavailable
    • Click & Collect: available for certain postal codes in Île-de-France, in a selection of Parisian stores. Your order is prepared on the same day and an email informs you as soon as it is ready. You then have 6 days to pick it up in store, with no additional fees.

    The time of the order can make a difference 

    Any order placed before 12 p.m., Monday to Friday, is shipped the same day.
    In case of personalized engraving, an additional delay of 1 to 2 business days may be necessary.
