Is a signature required upon receipt of my order?

It depends on the chosen delivery method.

• Standard delivery (Colissimo):

Delivery is made upon presentation of the QR code linked to your order. The package can be received by you or by anyone present at the address who has this QR code.
In case of absence, a delivery notice is left. A new delivery attempt is scheduled for the following day. If it fails, your package is deposited at the nearest post office, where it will be available for 15 days.
You can also reschedule the delivery or choose a pickup via laposte.fr, using your tracking number.

• Express delivery (Chronopost): New: delivery by QR code like Colissimo

In this case, a signature is required. The package can be handed over to anyone present at the indicated address.
