What to do if you are absent during delivery?

With standard delivery , you will receive an email indicating where to pick it up, at a collection point, near your home. 

And if you chose express delivery (Chronopost), you are free to reschedule the delivery or have it handed over to a trusted person via the options offered by the carrier.
