    What to do if my package is marked as "delivered" but I have not received it?

    We invite you to carry out a few checks:

    • Check your mailbox
    • Verify with your caretaker
    • Ask your neighbours, who may have received it on your behalf

    If your package is still missing, our Customer Service team is available to assist you.

    An advisor will open an investigation with the carrier to locate your package and offer you a personalized solution.
