    Can I pick up my online order in store?

    If you are in the Paris region, two services are offered to you: 

    • E-reservation (reservation without online payment)

    You can reserve one or more items for free in the store of your choice, subject to availability. 

     

    Step by step

    • The store confirms the availability of your reservation
    • Payment is made at the time of pickup
    • Your request is cancelled if you do not show up before the date indicated in the confirmation email

     

    • Click & Collect (online purchase, in-store pickup)

    This option is available for certain postal codes in Île-de-France, in a selection of Diptyque stores in Paris. 

    Once your cart is validated, the delivery method “In-store pickup” gives you access to the relevant stores. 

    After online payment, your order is prepared the same day and an email informs you as soon as it is ready. You then have 6 days to come and pick it up, with no additional fees. Remember to check the opening days and hours.
