    How to reserve a product in-store?

    You have two options. 

    By e-reservation

    • Go to the page of the product that interests you
    • Click on “In-store availability”
    • Select the store of your choice
    • Enter your personal information, then confirm 

    You will receive a confirmation email once your request is accepted.

    No payment is required online. It is made directly in-store at the time of pickup.

    By phone

    You can reserve one or more products by phone by contacting the store of your choice directly. Our teams will be happy to assist you.

    No payment is required by phone. It is made directly on-site at the time of pickup.
