What gift services do you offer on your site?

We offer an online personalized engraving service for certain product categories, including classic candles, Les Mondes de Diptyque, some large candles, Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette as well as Diptyque Essences.

This service can be done directly from the product page of the item you wish to purchase.

Before finalizing your order, you have the option to choose our “Signature Gift Box”, a complimentary service provided by the House allowing you to elegantly adorn the selected items. This option is located at the bottom of the summary page, just before payment.

The Signature Gift Box includes: 
– An iconic box holding all your products

– A fabric pouch in the House’s colours, for additional sizes

– A card with your personalized message placed inside the box

No invoice is included: only a discreet delivery note, without price information, is inserted in the package.

A summary of your order is sent to you by email and remains accessible from your customer account.
