If your order was placed less than an hour ago, our Customer Service team will do everything possible to adjust the delivery address.
Unfortunately, changes are no longer possible beyond this time frame.
We invite you to contact our Customer Service team quickly. Our advisors are available Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding public holidays). They will inform you if the change or cancellation is still possible, as well as the steps to follow.
