    I have an in-store account. Do I need to create an online account?

    If you already have an online account, it will be active in-store the next day.

    If you have an in-store account, it is necessary to create an account on our website to enhance your Diptyque experience.
     

    We recommend using the same first name, last name, and email address (or phone number or postal address) for both accounts. This will allow us to recognize you and communicate with you more personally, whether in-store or by phone.
