    Can I exchange an item purchased in-store?

    If you made your purchase in a Diptyque store (excluding department stores), you have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange it, upon presentation of the receipt or gift receipt.
    Exchanges are possible for an item of equal or greater value. Any difference can be paid on site.
    The exchange conditions require that your items are:
    - New and still sealed
    - Kept in their original packaging
    - Not personalized
    - In perfect condition (not used, handled, or damaged) 

    If the item has a defect
    Our in-store teams are available for a replacement or repair, as appropriate. Our Customer Relations Service remains at your disposal if needed.
