What should I do if my product changes in texture, smell, or colour?

As a precaution, it is best not to use your product if you notice any unusual changes, such as in texture, smell, or colour.

Please check the following:

- The PAO indicated on the container: the Period After Opening, shown by an open jar symbol followed by a number of months (e.g. 12M)

- The purchase date

- Whether storage conditions have been respected: kept away from heat, humidity, and light, and the product properly closed

Note regarding the Comforting Cleansing Solution: the colour of the soap may change due to the natural character of its ingredients. This does not affect its quality or use, only its appearance.
