What to do if my product changes in texture, smell, or colour?

As a precaution, it is best not to use your care product if you notice an unusual change, such as in texture, smell, or colour.

Then check:

- The PAO indicated on the container: the Period After Opening shown by an open jar symbol followed by a number of months (e.g. 12M)

- The purchase date

- Whether the storage conditions have been respected: kept away from heat, humidity, and light, product properly closed

Please note regarding the Softening and comforting wash for the hands and the Nurturing cleansing gel: the color of the soap may vary due to the natural source of its ingredients. This may alter the appearance, but has no effect on either the product's quality or use.
