What gift services do you offer on your site?

We offer an online personalised engraving service for certain product categories, including classic candles, Les Mondes de Diptyque, some large candles, Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette as well as Diptyque Essences.

This service can be carried out directly from the product page of the item you wish to purchase.

Before finalising your order, you have the option to choose our “Signature Gift Box”, a complimentary service offered by the House to elegantly dress the selected items. This option is located at the bottom of the summary page, just before payment.

The Signature Gift Box includes: 
– An iconic box accommodating all your products

– A fabric pouch in the House colours, for additional sizes

– A card with your personalised message placed inside the box

No invoice is included: only a discreet delivery note, without price indication, is slipped into the package.

A summary of your order is sent to you by e-mail and remains accessible from your customer account.
