    What to do if the pump of my bottle is stuck?

    We first recommend that you:

    Check that the safety ring has been properly removed and that the pump is unlocked

    Prime it by pressing gently several times, without forcing

    If the pump remains stuck, we invite you to contact our Customer Relations Service who will be able to offer you an appropriate solution.
