    What are the delivery times, methods and charges?

    To offer you the best possible experience, several delivery options are available to you.

    In the United Kingdom

    In mainland UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland), several delivery methods are available:

    • Standard delivery (DPD): your order is delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch. Delivery charges of £5.95 are waived for orders over £70. Ordering before 2pm allows next working day delivery. Delivery is available across England, Scotland, and Wales (excluding certain postcodes).

    • Tracked delivery (Royal Mail 48 Hours): for delivery within 2–4 working days. Delivery charges of £5.95 are waived for orders over £70. Available for Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and certain postcodes. 

    • Click & Collect: available in selected London boutiques. Your order is processed within 1 working day and you will receive an email when it is ready for collection. You then have 5 days to collect it in store, at no extra cost. 

    The time of the order can make a difference

    Any order placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, is dispatched the same day.
