    What to do if my order is returned to the sender?

    Sometimes a parcel is returned to us after several unsuccessful delivery attempts. In this case, you have two options:

    • A reshipment of your order
    • Or, if you prefer, a refund

    We invite you to contact our Customer Relations Service. One of our advisors will check the tracking with the carrier and guide you towards the most suitable solution.
