    How can I track my order?

    As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This link becomes active as soon as your parcel is taken over by the carrier.

    If you placed your order via your customer account

    You can also track its progress in the "My Orders" section of your personal area.

    If you ordered as a guest

    The tracking link in the shipping email will allow you to follow your parcel.

    Your order can go through several stages:

    • Prepared: your order is being processed in our warehouse
    • Shipped: your parcel has been handed over to the carrier
    • Delivered: delivery has been confirmed
