    What to do if my parcel is marked as "delivered" but I have not received it?

    We invite you to carry out the following checks:

    • Check your mailbox
    • Check with your concierge
    • Ask your neighbours, who may have received it on your behalf

    An advisor will open an investigation with the carrier to locate your parcel and offer you a personalised solution.
