    What should I do if I received an item different from my order?

    Please keep the package and take the following photos:

    • The outside of the box
    • The products received
    • A sworn statement confirming the non-receipt of the ordered item.

    Upon receipt of these elements, our team will offer you the most appropriate solution: resending the product or refund.
