    What should I do if one of my items is delivered damaged?

    Please keep the package and take the following photos:

    • The outside of the box
    • The label
    • The damaged areas
    • The products damaged during transport

    As soon as we receive these elements, our team will offer you the most appropriate solution: resending the product or refund.
