    Can I pick up my online order in store?

    If you are in the London area, two services are offered to you: 

    • E-reservation (reservation without online payment)

    It is possible for you to reserve one or more items for free in the store of your choice, subject to availability. Follow the steps for "Reserve in a boutique" on the product page of your chosen item.

     

    • Click & Collect (online purchase, in-store pickup)

    This option is available in Diptyque boutiques in London. 

    While placing your order, select the delivery method “In-store pickup” and follow the steps to checkout.

    After online payment, your order is prepared within the day and an email informs you as soon as it is ready. You then have 6 days to come and collect it, with no additional charge. Remember to check the opening days and hours.
