What gift services do you offer on your site?
Online personalised engraving service is coming soon for certain product categories, including classic candles, Les Mondes de Diptyque, some large candles, Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette as well as Diptyque Essences.

Before finalising your order, you have the option to choose our “Signature Gift Box”, a complimentary service offered by the Maison allowing you to elegantly present your chosen items. This option is located at the bottom of the summary page, just before payment.
The Signature Gift Box includes:
– An iconic box housing all your products
– A fabric pouch in the Maison’s colours, for additional sizes
– A card with your personalised message placed inside the box
No invoice is enclosed: only a discreet delivery note, without any price indication, is added into the parcel.
A summary of your order is sent to you by email and remains accessible from your customer account.
