    Can I cancel or modify my online order?

    If your order was placed less than an hour ago, our Customer Service team will do everything possible to adjust the delivery address.

    Unfortunately, changes are no longer possible beyond this time frame.

    We invite you to contact our Customer Service team promptly. Our advisors are available from Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm and on Saturday 9.00 am to 4.00 pm (excluding public holidays). They will inform you if the change or cancellation is still possible, as well as the steps to follow.
