How can I modify or delete my account?
From your personal area, you can at any time:
- Update your personal information
- Change your password
- Manage your contact preferences (email, SMS, phone and/or mail)
Agreeing to receive our communications allows you to stay informed about your benefits and receive news tailored to you.
For any request to delete your account and personal data, we invite you to contact our Customer Service team. Our advisors are available from Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm and on Saturday 9.00 am to 4.00 pm (excluding public holidays). Your request will be processed within 72 hours.
