    How can I modify or delete the information associated with my account ?

    By logging into your account, you can at any time:

    Update your personal information
    Manage your contact preferences (email, SMS, phone and/or mail)

    Agreeing to receive our communications allows you to stay informed about your benefits and receive news tailored to you.

    For any request to delete your account and personal data or help with updating it, we invite you to contact our Customer Service team. Our advisors are available from Monday to Friday 10.00 am to 6.00 pm (excluding public holidays). Your request will be processed within 72 hours.
