Can I return an item ordered online?

If you made your purchase on our website, you have 28 days from the delivery date to return it to us.
The return conditions require that your items are: 
- New and still sealed 
- Kept in their original packaging
- Not personalised
- In perfect condition (neither used, handled, nor damaged) 
Each returned item is carefully examined, in accordance with our quality standards, before the refund is approved.
