    Can I return an item purchased in-store?

    Purchases made in Diptyque boutiques (excluding department stores) can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase upon presentation of the receipt. 
    The exchange conditions require that your items are:
    - New and still sealed 
    - Kept in their original packaging
    - Not personalised
    - In perfect condition (not used, handled, or damaged)
