    What to do if one of my items is delivered damaged or defective?

    We do everything we can to resolve this quickly, as soon as you initiate a return request via your online account or the form included in your package.
    - Select "damaged or defective product"
    - Check the box "I would like a replacement of my item" if you wish to receive it again
    If you prefer a refund, you can simply leave this box unchecked.


    You can attach a note, a detail, or a photo of the defect observed. Each element helps us to respond to you accurately and carefully.
