    Can I exchange an item purchased in-store?

    If you made your purchase in a Diptyque store (excluding department stores), you have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange it, upon presentation of the receipt or gift receipt.
    The exchange is possible for an item of equal or greater value. Any difference may be paid on site.
    The exchange conditions require that your items be:
    - New and still sealed
    - Kept in their original packaging
    - Not personalised
    - In perfect condition (not used, handled, or damaged) 

    If the item is defective
    Our in-store teams are available to you for a replacement or repair, as appropriate. Our Customer Relations Service remains at your disposal if needed.
