    What should I do if the pump on my bottle is blocked?

    We recommend that you first:

    • Ensure the safety ring has been removed and the pump is unlocked.

    • Prime the pump by pressing gently several times, without forcing.

    If the pump remains blocked, please contact our Customer Relations Service, who will be happy to provide an appropriate solution.
