Can I recycle or reuse my candle jar?

As part of its commitment to sustainability, Diptyque seeks to extend the life of its creations by giving them a second life and improving the recyclability of its products.

Reuse

For your candle jar:

• If a 5 mm layer of wax remains or the metal disc is visible, we recommend following the detailed instructions in our article "How should I clean a candle jar after use?"

• If only a small amount of wax remains, a cloth soaked in soapy water or the La Droguerie multi-surface spray is enough to remove any residue. Once dry, your jar is ready to serve as a single-stem vase, hold pencils, cotton pads, or be used as a tealight holder.

Recycling

You can also place the jar in the appropriate recycling bins*.
