    My candle is not burning evenly. Is this normal?

    To ensure that your candle burns evenly, it is essential, during the first use, to let it burn for 2 to 3 hours so that all the wax melts on the surface. Finally, it is important to avoid burning your candle in a draught and to trim the wick to a height of 3 to 5 mm and to re-centre it after each use (while the wax is still liquid).
