Can I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel your order straight after you have confirmed it, then please do contact us but we cannot guarantee this will be possible.

If you wish to change or amend your order, please do contact us. Do note we can not amend items in your order or change your Billing information.

Contact the Customer Care Service team. Our advisors are at your disposal from Monday to Friday - 9.00 am to 6.00 pm and on Saturday - 9.00 am to 4.00 pm (excluding holidays). They will tell you if it is still possible and, if so, how to proceed.
