How is my order packaged?

Your order will be shipped in a protective box. Your products will be carefully placed in a pouch, all protected by folded tissue paper.

Once you have continued to Checkout via your Cart you may select gifting options, for your order, under Order Summary.

You can check the boxes at the bottom of the Order Summery page before confirming your order.
Here it will give you access to the following services:

• Gift Wrapping: A gift box is added to your whole order, size permitting. Any remaining products will be placed in a fabric pouch in the Diptyque colours.
• Gift Message: Edit the box to the right with your personal message for the recipient. Your message will be printed on a card and included in the order.

No price invoice will be included in your order, only a delivery summary.

The order summary and invoice will be sent to you by e-mail and via your Diptyque account.
