What should I do if my order is returned to sender?
An order can be returned to sender for either of the following:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Address could not be recognized
- Customs procedures
We invite you to contact Customer Care team. An advisor will then contact the carrier to get more information about the delivery of your order. Our advisors are at your disposal from Monday to Friday - 9.00 am to 6.00 pm and on Saturday - 9.00 am to 4.00 pm (excluding holidays). You will be able to request a reshipment of your order or a refund.
