Why are some products not available

Production of certain products can sometimes be suspended to make room for new creations. Diptyque does, however, offer a very wide range of products and our advisors are at your disposal to help you explore our collections and find the best alternative.

Diptyque works with natural oils and ingredients and sometimes due to the harvest and crop certain elements of the ingredients are not available and the Maison chooses to pause product temporally until it becomes available again to ensure the quality is maintained.
