When will my account be debited for the order I placed on your e-commerce site?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped. If a product ordered is not available, the Customer Care Service will contact you to offer you to ship your order without this product or to cancel your order, if you no longer wish to receive it. If you wish to receive your order without the missing product, only the amount corresponding to the shipped products will be charged.
You will be able to track your order in "My Account" section and via the e-mail confirmation of the shipment of your order.
