How can I order your products?
If you do not wish to come to the store, we offer a telephone sales and advice service at each of our stores or via our Customer Relations Department on +44 (0)800 840 0010.
You can choose to pick up your order in store by selecting the Click & Collect option as a delivery method when you place your order.
You also have the possibility to reserve on our website the products you wish to pick up in store by taking care to select the store of your choice. You will be able to pick up your products once the reservation is validated. Your products will remain reserved 48 hours after validation.
Diptyque products are also available for order on our website.
In this case, different delivery methods are available to you:
- Standard delivery (3-5 days)
- Express delivery (1-2 days)
- Same day delivery by courier (available in London only)
