Can I get same day delivery?
Same day delivery by courier is available in London
- We have started a same day delivery service for customers in select post codes in London.
- If you are within the selected radius for this service, you can place an order on the site before 4pm, select the 'Delivery from London' option at checkout and receive your Diptyque products the very same day .
- Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered the next day.
- Please ensure you or someone are at the delivery address to recieve the order.
- Delivery charges will be £12 and your orders will be delivered by courier. For all orders above £180, we will be offering complimentary 'Same Day Delivery'.
- Please kindly note complimentary samples with these orders will vary from what you have selected on the website and 'Gift with purchase' offers on the website may not be available with this service.
- This delivery option is not impacted by Brexit related delays or duties.
- The availability of this shipping option is subject to your address being in the delivery zone and also availability of stock.
