    What to do if my order is returned to the sender?

    Occasionally, a parcel may be returned to us following multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts. In such instances, you have two options:

    • Reshipment of your order
    • Alternatively, a refund if you so prefer

    We encourage you to contact our Customer Service team. We will verify the tracking details with the carrier and assist you in determining the most appropriate resolution.
